We specialise in the provision of accredited, security cleared resources, especially clearance to the highest level.

Our primary purpose is to provide a portfolio of services and deliver through a service model that enables organisations to be certain that they can consistently acquire cleared resources, in a just in time, cost effective manner.  Under-pinning service delivery is a professional talent pool of actively cleared resources, comprising all core business disciplines. The talent pool is complimented by a network of niche Partner Consultancies who regularly partner with ISS to deliver expert solutions.

Commercial Rationale

Reducing Total Cost

Our commercial rationale is to work with our customers to support a reduction in the Total Cost of resourcing business demand. This is achieved through:

• Reducing the cost of resourcing Consultancy
• Reducing the cost of resourcing Projects
• Reducing the total cost of volume resourcing through an enhanced Resource Planning process
• Reducing the Total Cost by attracting increasing numbers of resource via a Direct Attraction channel

Driving down Project Delivery Costs

ISS provides clients with a full project delivery (Work Package) capability. This capability has the advantage of being able to provide solutions quickly and very cost effectively when compared with traditional onshore project providers or the use of FTE’s/disparate contractors. Direct cost saving in this space is in the order of 30-50%, time to deliver can be reduced and projects are often governed by a Fixed Price.

By adopting the delivery model we advocate, organisations will be able to reduce their Total Cost of Resourcing by +10%.
